HDJ Design Group has maintained a thirty-year community involvement commitment within the Oregon/Washington community and encourages all the firm's employees to make positive impacts and donations of their time and resources. It has been the goal of the HDJ principals to consider at year end where company donations can be channeled to do the most good.
HDJ employees are also supported by the firm to pursue personal community involvement that fits each individual's outreach goals. Through employee participation, the firm supports time away from the job to provide local schools tutors and lunch buddies. Employees are involved within professional associations, community organizations and charitable groups. This spirit of "giving back to our local communities" is a cornerstone belief at HDJ and one that sets the firm apart from many professional groups in this challenging economic environment.
