LEAD CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR
PASCO BRANCH

HDJ Design Group is currently interested in a Lead Construction Inspector. This employment opportunity will be in the Tri Cities area. The ideal candidate will perform public works inspections duties on a variety of capital improvement projects including: curb and gutter, underground utilities installation and replacement (sanitary sewer, storm drain, water main and electrical), asphalt overlays, soil and excavation and backfill and roadway construction. Additional responsibilities will include preparing daily construction reports, tracking bid item quantities, monitoring baseline schedules, monitoring contractor’s compliance with project contract and project specifications, reviewing submittals and RFI’s, maintaining detailed written and photo records of site activities, and tracking equipment and manpower.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of construction inspection experience on public works projects.

PASCO BRANCH

HDJ Design Group is also interested in project by project field inspectors. Upcoming work may include roadway projects in the Tri Cities area. Must be experience in public work inspections. Civil inspection will be on a variety of capital improvement projects with emphasis on roadway inspection services.

Salary commensurate with experience.
