HDJ Design Group‘s planning department has a history of preparing high-quality land use applications and exercising a thorough understanding of city, county and state regulations, standards and design processes.

Our responsibility is to meet and exceed the goals of our clients. Strong communication skills are a signature of our planners and allow us to engage client, consultants, the public, and an array of municipalities in our design process. They are practiced at managing projects from the feasibility/design stage through final approval.
